The Director, IT Audit provides strategic leadership for the technology audit function, oversees risk assessments, IT governance, and cybersecurity controls while ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT auditing, technology risk management, or cybersecurity.
• 4+ years in senior leadership roles.
• CISA required; CRISC/CISM/CISSP/CIA desirable.

• Develop and execute an annual, risk-based IT audit plan aligned with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Direct complex audits of network security, cloud architecture (Google/AWS), IAM, data privacy, and business continuity/disaster recovery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT auditors and technical specialists.

• The Director, IT Audit provides strategic leadership for the organization's technology audit function.
• Oversees comprehensive risk assessments, evaluates IT governance and cybersecurity controls, and ensures strict regulatory compliance.
• Advises executive leadership and the Audit Committee on mitigating technology risks across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an annual, risk-based IT audit plan aligned with corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, and emerging technology trends.
• Direct complex audits covering network security, cloud architecture (Google/AWS), IAM, data privacy, and business continuity/disaster recovery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT auditors and technical specialists.

Experience & Background:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT auditing, technology risk management, or cybersecurity, including 4+ years in senior leadership.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
• CISA required; CRISC, CISM, CISSP, or CIA highly desirable.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, executive presence, and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in risk assessment and predictive/prescriptive data analytics.
• Self-driven, agile, customer-obsessed, with professional skepticism and urgency.
