Title: Senior IT Audit Manager – Cybersecurity & Infrastructure

Office Status: Hybrid – 2x/week in office

Base Salary: $150,000 + bonus

A leading U.S. financial institution is seeking a Senior IT Audit Manager to oversee cybersecurity and infrastructure audits across its U.S. operations. This position is ideal for an audit leader who thrives in highly regulated environments and can navigate both the technical and strategic aspects of IT risk. You’ll have the opportunity to shape audit coverage, drive process enhancements, and work closely with senior leadership to protect and strengthen the organization’s technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and develop a team of IT audit professionals focused on cyber and infrastructure risk.
• Design and execute risk-based audit plans covering cybersecurity, infrastructure, and related IT domains.
• Provide expert guidance to leadership on emerging technology threats, regulatory requirements, and control frameworks.
• Ensure audit execution meets regulatory and internal standards while delivering actionable recommendations.
• Partner with technology, risk, and compliance teams to enhance control environments.
• Promote automation, analytics, and innovation within audit processes.
• Monitor evolving U.S. cyber regulations and ensure proactive alignment in audit strategy.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and governance committees.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 8+ years of IT audit experience, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and/or infrastructure.
• Financial services, consulting, or Big 4 background preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing teams in complex, regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, IT risk management, and frameworks (NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001).
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strategic mindset with operational execution capability.
