The Director, IT Audit provides strategic leadership for the technology audit function, oversees risk assessments, IT governance, and cybersecurity controls while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will advise executive leadership and the Audit Committee on mitigating technology risks across infrastructure, applications and cloud environments,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT auditing, technology risk management, or cybersecurity.
• 4+ years in senior leadership roles.
• CISA required; CRISC/CISM/CISSP/CIA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual, risk-based IT audit plan aligned with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Direct complex audits of network security, cloud architecture (Google/AWS), IAM, data privacy, and business continuity/disaster recovery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT auditors and technical specialists.
