Job summary

Suddath Company is seeking a Director of IT Applications for Workplace Solutions & Commercial Applications (WPS). You will oversee technology solutions, align business goals with IT execution, and manage the full product lifecycle across commercial platforms.

The role requires strategic vision, team leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and a track record of delivering scalable software in a complex logistics/relocation environment. A strong emphasis on customer-centric innovation is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and vision for IT product strategy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and software delivery.
• Knowledge of commercial relocation operations and IT integration.
• Experience in product commercialization and SAAS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the strategic vision and roadmap for the IT product suite.
• Lead and prioritize the product backlog for development and deployment.
• Drive market and user research to inform features and long-term strategy.
• Collaborate with operations and IT teams to deliver scalable tech solutions.
• Oversee releases, upgrades, and change management with executive updates.
