Job summary

Duly Health and Care seeks an experienced IT Director Epic EMR to lead patient engagement and access initiatives within a hybrid work model. You will direct Epic projects, influence strategy, and drive improvements across systems and teams.

Reporting to the VP of EMR Systems, you will shape the roadmap for patient access, ensure seamless EMR integration, and mentor a high-performing group of professionals while monitoring KPIs and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Epic teams' management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, vendor management, and collaboration skills.
• Proven track record of success in leading Patient Engagement and Access and optimization projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Epic Patient Engagement and Access modules: Prelude, Cadence, MyChart, Referrals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic Patient Engagement and Access teams and drive KPI improvements as defined by senior management.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team with a collaborative culture.
• Partner with the VP of EMR Systems to ensure seamless integration and optimization of EMR systems.
• Stay abreast of EMR trends and advocate for innovative solutions.

Job Summary: IT Director Epic EMR (Hybrid)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director, Epic EMR to join our team. A strong executive presence, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a commitment to continuous delivery are essential for success in this role. Reporting directly to the VP of EMR Systems, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient access and engagement through innovative technology solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to our organization's strategic goals of growth, improved patient outcomes, and expanded capacity for care. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in leading Epic EMR initiatives, with a deep understanding of patient engagement and accessrelated modules. • In-depth knowledge of Epic Patient Engagement and Access related modules: Prelude, Cadence, MyChart, and Referrals.
• Strong understanding of the EMR landscape and its impact on healthcare operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in healthcare administration or related field

Compensation:

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $135,861.65 - $180,000 with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
