Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Torrance, CA seeks a Director of ISC Operations to strategize and optimize end-to-end supply chain, overseeing schedule, equipment, production and logistics to drive operational excellence. You will lead manufacturing processes, drive lean initiatives, establish KPIs, and partner with finance and other leaders to align priorities.

The role requires 8+ years in senior manufacturing leadership and a track record of results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior management/director roles leading manufacturing or CI.
• Experience guiding direct reports and organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and track production schedule, equipment, production, and logistics processes.
• Create and ensure execution of manufacturing processes.
• Make data-driven recommendations for planning.
• Oversee the streamlining of processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize costs.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with logistics, finance, and other department leadership to ensure alignment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for the manufacturing processes.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and improvement opportunities.
• Drive accountability culture in the organization.
