Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director ISC Data and AI to lead the data and AI foundation for enterprise supply chain operations. This strategic role partners with business, technology, and leadership to define governance, standards, and reusable data assets that improve quality, consistency, and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data management, governance, architecture, or analytics.
• 5+ years in supply chain contexts.
• Experience leading enterprise data governance and modeling initiatives at scale.
• Experience in building or scaling data product organizations.
• Familiarity with data ontology, knowledge graphs, or semantic layer design.
• Experience governing an AI agent inventory or similar governance mechanism.
• Exposure to multiple automation platforms with the ability to define platform-agnostic standards.
• Prior experience in large-scale digital transformation programs.

• Define and operationalize an enterprise-wide data governance framework with clear roles and decision rights.
• Establish a federated data stewardship model for accountability in data quality and lifecycle management.
• Drive data quality management through KPIs and continuous improvement processes.
• Lead the definition and enforcement of common data standards across systems.
• Own the design and evolution of enterprise-grade data models for the supply chain.
• Define and deliver a portfolio of reusable, business-aligned data products.

This leader will shape the data and AI foundation that supports supply chain operations across the enterprise. The role will partner closely with business, technology, and leadership stakeholders to define governance, standards, and reusable data assets that improve quality, consistency, and decision-making. Compensation

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
