Job summary

BD is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Data & AI to build the data foundation for the ISC Digital Transformation. The role covers governance, data standards, models, and AI agent governance across the end-to-end supply chain, partnering with IT, analytics, and responsible AI teams to ensure trusted, scalable data and AI assets.

You will lead data product delivery, drive interoperability across systems (ERP, MES, WMS, TMS), and establish a centralized AI agent registry with governance criteria

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data management, governance, or analytics; 5+ years in supply chain contexts
• Proven track record leading enterprise data governance programs
• Experience building/scaling data product organizations (data mesh) valued

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize ISC-wide data governance framework across plan, source, make, deliver
• Lead data standards, master data, and ontology across ISC systems
• Own design and evolution of enterprise data models (conceptual/logical/physical)
• Deliver reusable data products (supplier performance, inventory visibility, demand signals)
• Establish AI agent governance, registry, and lifecycle processes across ISC
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with IT, EA, Analytics, and Responsible AI teams
• Manage data ontology/semantic layer and enable AI/agentic use cases
