Job summary

Ladders is seeking a VP, Data Strategy & Governance to shape enterprise data strategy across a large healthcare organization, ensuring data assets are governed, trusted, and positioned to support business priorities. This leader will partner with executive stakeholders to align data programs with financial objectives and enterprise goals, while strengthening the foundation for data science and AI through improved data quality and governance maturity.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in data governance or strategy roles within large organizations.
• Hands-on experience with data governance in both on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven track record of building and scaling data governance programs with measurable improvements.
• Experience managing large, multi-workstream programs on time and within budget.
• Deep expertise in data architecture, data quality processes, and enterprise data modeling.

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Data Strategy & Governance to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leader will shape enterprise data strategy across a large healthcare organization, ensuring data assets are governed, trusted, and positioned to support business priorities. The role will partner closely with executive stakeholders to align data programs with financial objectives and enterprise goals. It will also strengthen the foundation needed for data science and AI by improving data quality, accessibility, and governance maturity.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $175,000 – $210,000 annually
