NRG Energy, via Vivint Smart Home, seeks a Director of Product Management for Partner Experiences to own strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end 3P device integrations in the Vivint Home ecosystem. You will lead technical partnerships with top tech companies, building scalable APIs/SDKs and setting interoperability standards.

In this IC role you will operate autonomously, influence cross-functional teams, and drive multi-year plans focused on security, performance, and frictionless user experiences

Qualifications

• Autonomous individual contributor with proven strategic independence.
• Deep understanding of cloud-to-cloud integrations and SDK development.
• Systems-thinking for frictionless hardware/software experiences across partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication with external executives.

Responsabilités

• Own multi-year 3P partner roadmap and integration strategy.
• Identify external partners to broaden Vivint ecosystem and enable new experiences.
• Define interoperability standards for external hardware to meet Vivint baselines.
• Collaborate with Core Platform Eng, Cloud Infra, and InfoSec on scalable SDKs/APIs.
• Advise on external partnerships, negotiate and manage relationships.
• Ensure post-launch telemetry and governance for partner integrations.
