Job summary

Origin Staffing partners with a global investment firm to recruit a Director, Business Systems focused on Investor Relations and fundraising technology. This senior role works with Investor Relations, fundraising, client-facing teams, and technology leadership to shape technology strategy and lead requirements, evaluate platforms, oversee implementations, improve workflows, and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across business systems, business analysis, tech product mgmt, or related functions.
• Experience in asset management, private markets, financial services, or similar.
• Direct experience supporting Investor Relations, fundraising, institutional client service, distribution, or related client-facing functions.
• Track record of owning or contributing to evaluation, implementation, and support of enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of the institutional investor lifecycle and related technology.

Responsibilities

• Own Investor Relations technology and partner with IR, fundraising, marketing, and client-facing teams.
• Lead the investor technology roadmap and define future-state environment.
• Drive major implementations from evaluation to rollout and enhancements.
• Support the investor lifecycle with CRM, fundraising pipelines, DDQ/RFP workflows, onboarding, email marketing, LP portals, and reporting.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
