Job summary
SDL Tech Search seeks an experienced Investor Relations Technology Leader to drive fundraising, investor engagement, and LP servicing across private markets. You will manage a hybrid team of onshore analysts and offshore developers, delivering CRM and data solutions to support global IR operations.
The role partners with IR stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners to implement Salesforce, Affinity, InvestorFlow, and AI-enabled automation, aligning strategy with regulatory and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years in business analysis, systems analysis, or technology delivery within buy-side investment management or asset management.
- Experience supporting investor-facing operations in private equity or related areas.
- Hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, and supporting investor lifecycle solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, documentation, validation, and testing of IR technology solutions.
- Translate complex business objectives into detailed technical specs and actionable plans.
- Oversee CRM integrations, data/analytics environments, and LP reporting platforms.
- Mentor onshore and offshore teams, and manage vendors and external partners.
