Job summary

Scribe Therapeutics seeks a Director of Investor Relations to develop and lead the company’s IR program, translating scientific and clinical milestones into clear investor messaging and engagement.

Reporting to the CFO and collaborating with Finance, Legal, Corporate Communications, Clinical Development, Research, Business Development, and HR, you will shape the external narrative and build relationships with biotech investors and sell-side analysts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of investor relations or related capital-markets experience.
• Substantial biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry background.
• Ability to translate complex science into investor-ready messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Scribe’s investor relations strategy and day-to-day IR execution.
• Create investor-facing materials and coordinate earnings materials and Q&A.
• Build relationships with shareholders, analysts, and biotech investors.
• Lead cross-functional messaging with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications.
