Job summary

Peptilogics, Inc. is seeking a Director of Investor Relations & Communications to lead external communications, investor engagement, and public positioning.

You will collaborate with Finance, Clinical, Regulatory, and Corporate Operations to shape disclosures, presentations, and narratives. The role targets deep life-sciences IR experience in a fast-paced biotech environment, supporting future financing rounds and market-shaping activities.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to translate scientific and financial information into clear messaging.
• Proven ability to lead IR strategy and manage buy- and sell-side relationships in biotech or life sciences.
• Deep understanding of pre-commercial biotech, capital markets, milestones, and regulatory communications.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with tight deadlines.
• Independent judgment in a fast-paced environment; public-facing communications experience.
• Proficiency coordinating with Clinical, Regulatory, Legal, and Finance for compliant messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the investor-relations strategy, including calendars, outreach, content creation, and engagement tracking.
• Serve as primary contact for investors, analysts, and media; maintain IR materials and press communications.
• Own creation of investor decks, fact sheets, financings announcements, and Q&A docs.
• Manage public channels (website, social) for timely, compliant messaging.
• Coordinate investor conferences, roadshows, and industry events.
• Lead messaging for milestones, readouts, regulatory updates, financing, and commercial progress.
• Track investor sentiment and market trends to inform leadership decisions.
• Oversee IR/PR agency relationships and crisis response.
• Prepare executives with tailored briefings for meetings and media appearances.
• Translate internal insights into investor-facing narratives; support internal communications.
• Contribute to Board materials and corporate reporting for strategic communications.
