Job summary

Irvine Company Office Properties seeks a Director to define analytical approaches and lead modeling for large leases, tenant credit, and capital investments, including potential redevelopments and acquisitions. You will translate quantitative data into strategic leadership recommendations and prepare Investment Committee materials with cross-functional collaboration.

The role partners with Asset Management and Leasing on underwriting, lease structures, and strategic messaging, while mentoring

Qualifications

• Master's Degree (or equivalent).
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in RE Private Equity, Asset Management, RE Corporate Finance or related areas.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and Investment Committees.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership and underwriting oversight, directing analytical approaches for investment decisions.
• Lead the team to produce Investment Committee materials for large leases, tenant credit, capital investments, and acquisitions/dispositions.
• Lead meetings with customers to understand strategy, risk, and financial health.
• Collaborate across teams to align on deliverables and strategic messaging.
• Develop and review cash flow forecasts and valuation analyses.
• Partner with finance and asset management on debt financing and capital structure.
• Foster team culture, mentorship, and continuous process improvement.
• Audit complex financial models (Excel, Argus) for accuracy and consistency.
• Design standardized modeling templates and automated reporting to boost efficiency.
