Datavant seeks a Director of Retrieval Operations—Inventory Strategy to translate client demand into inventory plans across channels, teams, and vendors. You will forecast, prioritize, route, and pace inventory to meet commitments while balancing cost and yield.

This role partners with Operations, Workforce Management, Call Center, Product, Engineering, analytics, and finance to build a scalable, data-driven governance framework and drive continuous improvement in retrieval performance.

Qualifications

• Experience translating demand forecasts into actionable production and capacity plans.
• Proven ability to identify risks and develop recovery plans across silos.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the inventory strategy and planning framework for Payer Retrieval and translate client demand into weekly and daily operating plans.
• Establish forecasting, segmentation, and prioritization strategies based on client commitments and capacity.
• Route inventory across retrieval channels considering provider behavior, yields, and costs.
• Monitor performance against commitments and lead recovery when behind pace or blocked.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships to improve retrieval outcomes and efficiency.
