Job summary

Interparfums USA, LLC in Midtown Manhattan seeks a Director of Inventory Management to lead inventory strategy across distribution centers and fulfillment. This role ensures accuracy, strengthens controls, and partners with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and Finance to optimize performance and turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years in inventory, warehouse, distribution center or supply chain with a focus on inventory control.
• 5+ years leading inventory control or warehouse operations teams.
• Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's inventory management strategy across distribution and fulfillment.
• Improve inventory accuracy, turnover, and reduce excess/obsolete inventory.
• Oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations for accuracy.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and support timely financial reporting.
• Maintain SOX controls related to inventory and internal audits.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor inventory health and performance.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance inventory processes and efficiency.
• Establish inventory governance, policies, and SOPs across warehouses.
• Manage audits and ensure compliance with policies and controls.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize ERP tools and reporting.
• Review adjustments, write-offs, and scrap with proper approvals.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing inventory control team.
