Job summary

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in New York, USA, is seeking a Distribution Manager to support the rapid expansion of Direct-to-Consumer and shape our distribution planning capabilities. You will oversee replenishment between central and satellite warehouses, optimize product availability across the North America network, and balance service levels with inventory health.

This role partners with Retail, E-Commerce, Logistics, and Planning teams, driving data-driven decisions, continuous improvement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years in Distribution or Supply Planning, inventory optimization or similar.
• Experience in luxury or cosmetics is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end distribution planning for NA network.
• Lead replenishment and inventory optimization across central and satellite warehouses.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to cross-functional partners.
• Partner with Retail, E-Commerce, Logistics and Planning teams to drive alignment.
• Support ongoing development and scaling of the Distribution Planning function.
