Qualifications

Part of the Interparfums group founded in 1982, Interparfums USA develops, manufactures and distributes prestige fragrances as the exclusive worldwide licensee for Abercrombie & Fitch, Anna Sui, David Beckham, DKNY, Donna Karan, Graff, GUESS, Hollister, MCM, Nautica, Oscar de la Renta, Roberto Cavalli, Salvatore Ferragamo and Ungaro. Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries.

The Senior Manager, Supply Planning is a key member of the Planning team responsible for developing and executing supply plans that align with demand forecasts across a portfolio of brands and contract manufacturers. This role oversees one direct report while managing end-to-end supply planning activities, including production planning, inventory optimization, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration. The Senior Manager ensures product availability by balancing inventory investment with customer service objectives and driving continuous process improvements across the supply chain.

This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain supply plans that support the demand plan and Master Production Schedule.
  • Meet fill rate, days of supply, and inventory targets for assigned brands in partnership with the Material Planning team.
  • Monitor short- and long-term production capacity at contract manufacturing partners and identify potential constraints.
  • Calculate, review, and optimize finished goods safety stock levels based on ABC classification and business requirements.
  • Conduct monthly inventory reviews and present inventory performance and key supply chain metrics to senior leadership.
  • Publish, analyze, and communicate KPIs to support business performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support Product Lifecycle Management by planning new product launches, transitions, and product discontinuations.
  • Coordinate inventory transfers between distribution centers and contract manufacturing locations.
  • Lead and execute cross-functional supply chain projects to improve planning processes and operational efficiency.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop one direct report, providing coaching, performance feedback, and goal setting.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and performance management tools, including Lean/Six Sigma methodologies where appropriate.
  • Partner closely with Contract Manufacturing, Material Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory, Packaging, Quality, Product Development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate availability of finished goods.
Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of supply planning, production planning, or related supply chain experience.
  • Experience managing at least one direct report, including coaching, performance management, and employee development.
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers and cross-functional supply chain teams preferred.
Required Skills
  • Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver), the integration of organization, system, and process enterprise wide, and the importance of Master Data in the overall effectiveness and operation of the Supply Chain
  • Strong technical (MRP, Office, Outlook, etc.) and interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation; comfortable and credible with both internal and external partners
  • Self-starter who will thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task and pivot

  • The salary range for this position is $135,000 – $155,000 annually, commensurable with skills, experience, and qualifications
