Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a GFM/Depot Inventory Compliance Associate Director to lead compliance for Government Furnished Material at Raytheon depots. You will guide a senior team across MMAS and related systems, set strategic direction, and influence senior leadership on cost and risk impacts.

The role requires collaboration across sites, functions, and customers, building strong relationships and delivering continuous improvements in inventory processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Inventory Compliance strategies in partnership with RTX and Raytheon leadership to achieve compliance and cost goals.
• Lead harmonization of Inventory Compliance best practices across Supply Chain and Factory Logistics teams.
• Build relationships with Property, Logistics, Finance, Production Control, MPM, and 3PL partners to align operations.
• Support audits related to DFAR-governed systems and financial reviews.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives using CORE.
