Job summary

Reporting to the senior manager of Employee Communications, this role translates business priorities into engaging messaging, guides a high‑performing team, and ensures alignment with the company’s mission, strategy and values. This is not a remote position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing or related field; 8+ years experience.
• Proven track record of integrated communications strategies with measurable business results.
• Demonstrated leadership on complex communications projects.
• Excellent executive-level communications skills and presence.
• Strategic systems-level thinking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and implementation of integrated communication strategies to support sector employee communications.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing strategic communication counsel.
• Oversee activations on key internal channels – digital, live events, and internal media platforms.
• Interpret and share business initiatives in a simple, compelling way for diverse audiences.
• Oversee a team of communication professionals, fostering a high-performing team.
