Suntory Global Spirits is seeking a Director of Internal Communications to lead enterprise-wide internal communications across a global, matrixed organization. You will partner with senior executives to translate business priorities into clear narratives, drive transformation communications and ensure consistent, compelling messaging.

Qualifications

• Extensive internal communications expertise within a global, matrixed organization.
• Experience developing narratives for enterprise transformation and change.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling with executive-facing content.
• Ability to counsel senior leaders and navigate stakeholder perspectives.
• Comfort with AI and digital communications technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic adviser to senior leaders on communications strategy and employee engagement.
• Shape complex enterprise narratives linking company strategy to priorities.
• Lead communications for organizational change with HR and leadership teams.
• Provide guidance on high-stakes and sensitive issues with sound judgment.
• Build relationships across functions and regions to align communications.
• Develop executive content for meetings, town halls and leadership forums.
