Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Internal Communications to lead division-wide employee communications programs that support the Beer Division strategy and nurture a culture aligned with our mission and values.

You will shape messaging, channels, and measurement to educate, engage, and inspire colleagues across functions and geographies. The role partners with HR, Marketing, Sales and Legal, guides change communications such as restructures and program rollouts, and coordinates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism or related field.
• 5–7 years in corporate communications or related function.
• Excellent writing, editing and speaking skills.
• Strong leadership, planning and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead division-wide internal communications strategy and program execution.
• Develop and measure programs that explain division plans and engage teams.
• Foster an inclusive, positive culture and align messaging across functions.
• Partner with HR, Marketing, Sales and Legal on key initiatives.
• Manage external agencies and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
