Qualifications

• Deep internal communications expertise with a track record leading enterprise internal communications.
• 10+ years combined experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience working in highly matrixed organizations.
• Travel up to 20%.

Responsabilités

• Advise senior leaders on communications strategy and employee engagement.
• Develop enterprise narratives linking strategy to transformation and priorities.
• Lead organizational change communications with HR and other stakeholders.
• Provide communications leadership for high-stakes and sensitive issues.
• Coordinate with regional and functional teams to ensure globally relevant communications.
• Develop executive content for leadership announcements, town halls, and events.
• Maintain high standards of clarity, consistency, and tone across communications.
