Job summary

You will shape channels, messaging, and measurement, partnering with HR, Marketing, Sales and Legal to drive engagement. The role requires 5–7 years in corporate communications, superb writing, and strong leadership with an ability to influence without authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
• Five to seven years of experience in corporate communications or a related function.
• Superior writing, editing, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and executive presence with the ability to influence without authority.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Business and financial acumen; able to develop measurable communication solutions tied to business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary lead for the Beer Division internal communications strategy and program execution.
• Develop and execute programs that align division plans with company objectives across functions and geographies.
• Foster an inclusive culture and drive employee engagement.
• Measure impact of internal communications and continuously improve programs.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Sales, Legal and external agencies to deliver timely, budget-conscious initiatives.
