Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Business Transformation Director to lead Intelligent Supply Chain design, development, and delivery within the IBO practice. You will combine supply chain expertise with strategic consulting to improve operational performance via process innovation, digital transformation, analytics, and operating model redesign.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of supply chain experience in industry operations or consulting.
• Expertise in Demand Planning, Demand Sensing, S&OP/IBP, Production and Capacity Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, Transportation, Order Fulfillment, and Data & Analytics.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Energy, Automotive, Aerospace, or related industries preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience conducting fit-gap assessments and developing business cases.
• Proven ability to understand client challenges and design value-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing Target Operating Models and leading supply chain transformation programs.
• Familiarity with digital technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and process optimization frameworks.
• APICS or similar supply chain certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client pre-sales engagements, solution scoping, and proposal development.
• Drive consulting and transformation initiatives to achieve client business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing industry insights and best practices.
• Conduct supply chain maturity assessments and develop actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Build business cases and ROI analyses to support strategic investments.
• Define value realization frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Support the development of IBO service offerings, methodologies, and practice assets.
• Partner with delivery teams to design future-state processes and Target Operating Models.
• Provide thought leadership on supply chain trends, innovation, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated solutions and measurable outcomes.
