Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Senior Director of Intelligent Supply Chain Operations to lead transformation for CPR clients in North America, bridging planning, order-to-cash, and retailer collaboration. You will shape strategy, build ROI-driven business cases, and drive KPI governance across cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on transforming customer development and commercial operations with omnichannel and digital capabilities, reporting to senior executives and guiding global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above. MBA preferred.
• 15–20+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Development, or Commercial Operations within CPG.
• Experience in Business Services, Shared Services, or BPO environments
• Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash, Customer Service, Trade Promotion, and Customer Collaboration
• Strong understanding of CPG industry and retailer ecosystem
• Advanced English proficiency with strong communication skills
• Ability to analyze commercial and operational data
• Experience designing Target Operating Models
• Strong stakeholder management and executive influence skills
• Leadership experience managing global teams
• Exposure to SAP OTC, TPM tools, and analytics platforms
• Strong commercial mindset
• Relevant certifications desirable
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Lead presales client engagements and large deal pursuits across North America in CPG Customer Development
• Lead and steer customer project, consulting, and Business Services (BPO) engagements focused on Order-to-Cash and Customer Operations
• Act as a trusted partner to Sales, Commercial, and Supply Chain executives
• Lead Customer Development maturity assessments and define transformation roadmaps
• Develop business cases showcasing ROI across revenue growth and service optimization
• Define and implement KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks aligned with service level and customer outcomes
• Contribute to creation of CPG-specific offerings including customer collaboration and order management
• Design and implement Target Operating Models integrating commercial and supply chain processes
• Provide thought leadership in omnichannel fulfillment and retailer integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for proposal development and delivery
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams
• Drive innovation leveraging analytics, AI, and customer-centric solutions
• Position Capgemini as a leader in CPG Customer Development transformation
