Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Business Transformation Director to lead Intelligent Supply Chain design, development, and delivery within the Intelligent Business Operations practice. You will help clients improve operations through process innovation, digital transformation, analytics, and operating model redesign.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, shape transformation roadmaps, and build ROI analyses to justify strategic investments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
15+ years of supply chain experience in industry operations or consulting.
Experience in Demand Planning, S&OP/IBP, Production and Capacity Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead client pre-sales engagements, solution scoping, and proposal development.
Drive consulting and transformation initiatives to achieve client objectives.
Serve as trusted advisor to executive stakeholders with industry insights and best practices.
Conduct supply chain maturity assessments and develop transformation roadmaps.
Build business cases and ROI analyses to support investments.
Define value realization frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Support development of IBO service offerings and assets.
Collaborate with delivery teams to design future-state processes and TOMs.
Provide thought leadership on supply chain trends and technologies.
