Capgemini is seeking a Senior Director - Business Services for Intelligent Supply Chain Operations (CPG Customer Development) to develop, scale, and deliver integrated supply chain and customer development capabilities for CPR clients across North America.

The role requires leading large deals, defining operating models, and driving analytics-enabled transformation with executive stakeholders. A strong business and commercial focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; MBA preferred.
• 15–20+ years in Supply Chain, Customer Development, or Commercial Operations within CPG.
• Experience in Business Services, Shared Services, or BPO environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales engagements and large deals across North America in CPG Customer Development.
• Steer customer projects and BPO engagements focused on Order-to-Cash and Customer Operations.
• Define transformation roadmaps and build ROI–driven business cases.
