Job summary

Capgemini, a leader in technology and consulting, seeks an experienced Vice President to grow its USA CPG Supply Chain services. You will develop strategic client relationships, sell and deliver large, technology-enabled outsourced supply chain solutions, and build high-performing teams with senior stakeholder trust across Consumer Products clients.

You will shape next-gen Intelligent Supply Chain programs, leveraging extensive CPG experience and a background in consulting or outsourced services

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred.
20+ years in supply chain with a Consumer Goods focus.
Experience managing large teams and complex programs.
Expertise across demand planning, IBP, logistics and inventory optimization.
Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale, global supply chain transformation programs for CPG clients.
Shape and sell transformation programs for major global consumer goods companies.
Drive delivery excellence with governance, risk management, and financial stewardship.
Provide leadership addressing complex delivery challenges and escalate when needed.
Lead end-to-end business development and deal closure.
Partner across client organizations and internal delivery teams to maximize value.
