Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Communication Specialist to support Procurement Communications for global ISC teams. Based in Charlotte, NC, you will craft clear messages, manage content across channels and partner with leaders to align with company priorities.

You will drive employee and leadership communications, maintain digital channels, and evolve content with AI-enabled tools, ensuring timely, accurate communications across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in communications, public relations, marketing or related field.
• Strong writing/editing and verbal communication for multiple channels.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills for multiple priorities.
• Experience with digital communications channels and tools.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications plans for priorities and updates.
• Draft and distribute content for internal and external audiences with leaders and experts.
• Coordinate requests and approvals across channels and stakeholders.
• Support leadership communications: presentations, talking points, messages.
• Maintain and optimize digital channels and content, including intranet and engagement platforms.
• Plan and execute meetings, town halls, and events with content and coordination.
• Highlight Procurement/ISC contributions to Honeywell priorities and performance.
• Maintain templates, distribution lists, and content libraries for consistency.
• Track engagement metrics and feedback to improve channels and content.
