Wiley is seeking a Director of Marketing Campaigns to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of integrated campaigns across channels and global markets. You will oversee campaign management, creative, and analytics teams, partnering with marketing, product, and sales to translate business objectives into impactful campaigns.

In this senior role, you will drive measurable revenue outcomes, optimize marketing tech, and oversee budget cycles.

Competenze

10+ years of marketing campaign experience, including 3+ years leading and developing teams.
Experience owning multi-channel campaign programs with measurable revenue or pipeline outcomes.
Experience managing annual campaign budgets, including forecasting, allocation, and reallocation decisions.

Set and execute the enterprise campaign strategy across all channels, aligning goals to revenue and market expansion targets.
Lead the campaign management, creative, and internal and agency teams.
Own the annual campaign budget and reporting cycle, allocating investment across channels and presenting results to executives.
Direct customer acquisition, adoption, engagement, and conversion programs from audience targeting through lifecycle nurture.
Advance marketing technology, automation, and attribution so spend and impact are measurable end to end.
Partner with solution marketing, product, and sales leadership and manage agency and partner relationships for coordinated go-to-market.
