Leaders in this role are responsible for the leadership, budgeting and operations of the three Claims Departments which handle all claims related activities for all NextEra Energy companies. These include all third party Personal Injury/Death Claims, Property Damage Claims and Company Property Damage Claims. This position supports the in-house legal litigation department and manages the injuries and damages reserve account. Individuals drive technical excellence, enforce compliance issues utilizing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls, and manage productivity and staffing for the Claims organization.
