Job summary

BitGo is looking for a Sales Director to drive revenue growth in wallets, custody, and prime services by expanding relationships with pensions, endowments, foundations, and family offices from its New York office. The role reports to the Head Prime Brokerage and Institutional Sales and requires a deep network in financial services and digital assets.

This is a full-time, onsite NYC position with opportunities to engage globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in institutional or enterprise sales, business development, or similar front-office roles in financial services, digital assets, fintech or adjacent industries.
• Strong grasp of finance and technical terminology, and ability to translate between both languages.
• Enthusiasm for the digital asset industry and curiosity about protocols, tokens, DeFi, NFTs.

Responsibilities

• Increase revenues across all BitGo solutions: secure wallets, custody, and prime services by acquiring new client relationships.
• Represent BitGo products externally in client meetings and at industry events in the US and occasionally globally.
• Lead end-to-end sales lifecycle including presentations, proposals, and onboarding coordination with internal teams.
• Become an expert in the cryptocurrency market and BitGo’s custody, trading, staking, and lending offerings.
