Job summary

CFA Institute seeks a Director of Product Management, Institutional Solutions, to shape AI-enabled enterprise products and guide the global B2B portfolio. You’ll partner with engineering, client success, and delivery teams to translate strategy into measurable product outcomes across content, assessments, AI, and enterprise tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management in enterprise/B2B tech environments.
• Experience working in Agile delivery with backlogs, user stories, and engineering teams.
• Ability to build effective relationships with engineering leads, account managers, client success teams, delivery managers, and programme managers.
• Ability to contribute to strategic thinking and translate direction into clear roadmap plans.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to shaping the multi-year IS portfolio strategy and roadmap.
• Translate IP, credentialing standards, and curriculum into well-specified B2B products.
• Support shift toward repeatable, configurable offerings for enterprise scale.
