Job summary
CFA Institute is seeking a Director of Product Management for Institutional Solutions to shape and deliver a growing B2B learning and assessment portfolio. You will own the roadmap, partner with sales, design, and technology, and drive scalable product development practices to meet institutional client needs.
Reporting to the General Manager, Institutional Solutions, you will translate market opportunities into compelling products and manage performance, ensuring measurable commercial impact
Qualifications
- Experience shaping and delivering B2B learning/assessment products across full lifecycle.
- Ability to translate customer needs and market insights into product strategy and launches.
- Strong business case development and cross-functional governance experience.
Responsibilities
- Shape Institutional Solutions product strategy and identify opportunities to grow revenue.
- Own product roadmap and lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate with sales to align product offerings with client needs and market demand.
- Establish scalable product development processes and governance frameworks.
- Partner with learning design, subject matter experts, and tech teams to build marketplace-ready products.
- Define requirements with technology teams to ensure build, sell, and deliver capabilities.
- Analyse market intelligence and KPIs to guide prioritisation and investment decisions.
- Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
