Job summary

CFA Institute is seeking a Director, Product Management, Institutional Solutions to shape strategy and evolution of AI-enabled enterprise products for financial institutions worldwide. You'll lead global B2B portfolio with cross-functional teams to translate priorities into measurable value.

This role offers flexible hybrid/remote options and reports to Senior Director; requires 5+ years in product management and a Bachelor's. Compensation US range $120k-$160k, with incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management in enterprise or B2B environments.
• Experience in technology-enabled or education-focused organizations preferred.
• Experience in Agile delivery, backlog management, user stories, and collaborating with engineering teams.
• Ability to build relationships with engineers, account managers, client success teams, delivery managers, and programme managers.

Responsibilities

• Shape multi-year IS portfolio strategy and roadmap with prioritized backlogs.
• Translate CFA IP and curriculum into well-specified B2B products with clear acceptance criteria.
• Shift from bespoke delivery toward repeatable, configurable offerings.
• Collaborate with TAIS engineering to ensure scalable technology estates.
• Embed AI across the portfolio with measurable outcomes.
• Use AI prototyping tools to validate concepts quickly before full investment.
