Highwire seeks a Director, Insights & Analytics to transform research and analytics into strategic, actionable guidance for our B2B technology, healthcare, and financial services clients. The role partners with client-facing teams to craft measurement frameworks and drive campaign performance.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in measurement and analytics within agency environments, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to translate complex data into client-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in analytics, insights, research, or related field.
• 7+ years in measurement, analytics, or insights within a communications/marketing agency.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable client recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of measurement and insights strategies across client programs.
• Analyze data across earned media, social, web analytics to identify trends and actions.
• Synthesize secondary research into clear insights and client narratives.
• Partner with teams to integrate insights into campaign strategy and execution.
• Develop dashboards and reports communicating KPIs, ROI, and impact.
• Mentor junior team members and stay current on analytics methodologies.
