Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director to join the Multifamily Value and Risk Advisory team in San Francisco. You will lead commercial real estate valuation projects, including cash flow analysis, highest and best use, and comps; you will sign reports and guide analysts.

Role requires state CG license, Argus proficiency, and ability to originate work while coaching junior staff; travel and client-facing activities are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state certified general appraiser license and maintain licensing for geographic focus.
• Sign reports and ensure client-ready deliverables.
• Continue professional development via JLLU and master Argus competency for national team.

Responsibilities

• Complete reports from cover to client-ready standard.
• Originate select work and partner with leadership to identify targets.
• Spend 20–50% of time coaching analysts and associates.
• Personally inspect most assignments and assist team members on inspections.
• Attend at least one local CRE event per year.
