Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser to join the Value and Risk Advisory team as a Director. You will lead valuation assignments for multifamily properties, supervise analysts, and ensure client-ready reports.

The role requires state-certified general appraiser license, Argus mastery, and strong analytical skills. Located on-site in LA with opportunities in SF and Salt Lake City; compensation range $130,000–$150,000 with comprehensive

Qualifications

• Must be able to complete an entire report from start to client-ready finish.
• Originate work and guide analysts with leadership input.
• Spend most time on assignments with 20–50% coaching.
• Inspect assignments in the field and assist on inspections.
• Attend at least one local CRE event per year.

Responsibilities

• Originate select work, partnering with leadership to identify targets.
• Spend majority of time completing assignments, with 20-50% coaching of analysts/associates.
• Personally inspect most assignments and assist other team members on inspections (within reason).
• Attend at least one local commercial real estate event per year.
