Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director to join our Multifamily Value and Risk Advisory team in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on complex real estate valuations, cash flow modeling, and market analysis, with leadership across analysts and associates.

You will complete client-ready reports, supervise engagements, and participate in business development while maintaining licensure and professional credentials. This on-site position supports our nationwide advisory practice.

Qualifications

• State certified general appraiser license.
• Maintain state licensing for geographic focus as decided with your manager.
• Minimum 1 year of holding CG license.
• Sign reports.

Responsibilities

• Complete reports from start to client-ready standard.
• Originate select work with leadership to identify targets.
• Spend 20–50% of time coaching analysts, senior analysts and associates.
• Personally inspect most assignments and assist others on inspections.
