Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a dynamic Product Owner for Infrastructure Technology to lead the curriculum portfolio. The role translates labor market needs into learning objectives and measurable assessments, partnering across teams to drive learner outcomes and job placement.

You will own the discovery, define the learner experience, and ensure alignment to safety standards, certification requirements, and industry expectations, delivering scalable learning products.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on infrastructure technology experience in data centers or related facilities.
• 3+ years working with or supporting data centers, facilities operations, or building systems.
• 2+ years of product ownership, curriculum development, or workforce development experience.
• Must discuss real-world infrastructure projects and lab designs in interview.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year curriculum product roadmap for Infrastructure Technology with prioritization and decisions.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and sunsetting.
• Define standards for learning objectives, assessments, lab requirements, and safety.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into measurable outcomes.
