Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a Director of Critical Infrastructure Instructor Development to lead and scale instructor programs across national locations. You will oversee onboarding, certification, and professional development for instructional staff in hands-on, lab-based training environments.

Lead a team, drive quality standards, and collaborate with curriculum, product development, and site leadership to ensure learner success and workforce readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Critical Facilities, Data Center Operations, or related infrastructure fields.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical training, instructor development, or workforce programs.
• Experience managing and developing technical talent, including instructors and trainers.
• Hands-on, lab-based learning environments experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Critical Infrastructure Instructor Development function with standards and priorities.
• Mentor a Manager of Instructional Development & Delivery and drive accountability and growth.
• Oversee onboarding, training, certification, and professional development for instructors.
• Monitor performance, conduct readiness and quality assurance, and implement improvement plans.
