Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Development for Critical Infrastructure and Advanced Manufacturing to lead curriculum development and instructional resources for training pathways in critical infrastructure, data centers, and advanced manufacturing. The role partners with subject matter experts and delivery teams to create scalable, impactful learning experiences.

You will oversee content development from concept through pilot testing, ensuring materials meet workforce outcomes

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in (or consulting with) critical infrastructure, data centers, and/or advanced manufacturing facilities.
• Demonstrated experience developing successful training programs for one or more of the following role titles: Electromechanical Technicians, Instrument Technicians, PLC/Automation Control Technicians, Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Electricians, Critical Facility Engineers/Technicians, or similar roles.
• Deep understanding of equipment found in highly automated facilities (pumps, motors, motor controllers, PDUs, MCCs, sensors/actuators, PLCs/DCS/SCADA, VFDs, UPS, Diesel Generators, ATS, pneumatics, hydraulics, CRAH, CRAC, BMS).
• Significant experience with safety requirements (LOTO/OSHA/NFPA) in environments with high-energy systems.
• Strong background with SOPs/MOPs/EOPs (or similar) to maintain or restore equipment in critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, revision, and maintenance of curriculum, assessments, labs, instructor resources, and learner-facing materials for critical infrastructure and advanced manufacturing pathways.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, job-relevant learning experiences for adult learners.
• Collaborate with product development, instructors, platform partners, and stakeholders to support implementation.
• Develop dynamic and engaging curriculum content using technology and media.
• Define and manage the scope of learning materials and ensure quality and accuracy.
