Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil / Structural, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in facility engineering, infrastructure systems, or complex technical environments.
• Experience managing engineering teams for multi-disciplinary technical execution.
• Strong understanding of facility mechanical, electrical, structural, and control systems.
• Familiar with NEC, NFPA, OSHA, building codes, industrial facility best practices.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee of granted asylum.

Responsibilities

• Lead the infrastructure design & support systems engineering organization for complex facility projects.
• Translate system-level requirements into detailed design plans, specifications, and milestones.
• Mentor engineers, conduct technical reviews, and promote continuous improvement.
• Partner with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure build readiness and smooth transfer to construction and operations.
• Ensure facility systems are designed for safety, reliability, manufacturability, and long‑term operation.
