• Ph.D. in Physics or Engineering with knowledge of ICF.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop scientific or technical teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, grow, and lead the Integrated Target Design group.
• Convert program priorities into detailed work scopes and schedules.
• Evaluate capacity needs and communicate to leadership.
• Uphold cultural values and ensure high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with other divisions to align modeling with design needs.
• Engage with national labs, universities, and vendors.
