Job summary

Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies seeks a Director of Infotainment Connectivity Integration to own end-to-end quality and integration for the Infotainment platform. You will lead 60+ engineers, shaping culture and setting the quality bar across software, wireless, and in-vehicle experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading software quality, system integration or related technical leadership.
• Experience with consumer tech or gadget-quality environments and user-centric quality.
• Technical depth to triage infotainment integration issues and work with embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall quality strategy and standards for Infotainment and Connectivity.
• Lead and reshape a large engineering organization to meet next-generation needs.
• Drive root cause analyses and ensure effective risk remediation.
• Set and enforce a quality culture across cross-functional VW Group and Rivian teams.
• Develop automation strategy and scalable testing infrastructure.
