Job summary

CCS Global Tech seeks an senior IT leader onsite in Jackson, MS, to drive enterprise infrastructure and operations. The role requires hands-on AWS leadership, strong networking, ITSM, and governance expertise, plus vendor management and executive communication abilities.

Candidates must have 10+ years in IT and 8+ years in leadership, with a Bachelor’s in IT/CS/MIS or equivalent. AWS certs, ITIL, and experience with cloud migrations are a strong plus for this senior position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with strong enterprise infrastructure/operations expertise.
• 8+ years of IT leadership/management experience.
• Hands-on leadership experience with AWS environments (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, Landing Zone).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, ITSM, Service Desk, incident management, monitoring, backup/disaster recovery, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with vendor management, contracts/SOWs, procurement, and IT governance.
• Strong executive-level communication and team leadership skills.
• Experience with AWS certifications, ITIL, cloud migrations, VMware, Azure, Microsoft 365, IAM, DevOps/CI/CD, or regulated environments is a plus.

Job description

Work Mode: Onsite (5days/week in office)

Key Requirements:
