Job summary

All Points Broadband in Richmond, VA seeks a Director of Information Systems to lead the internal IT organization during a rebuild-and-modernize phase. Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT leadership in telecom or ISP.
• Experience delivering modernization programs (ERP, data platform, OSS/BSS).
• Strong IT security and data protection knowledge.
• Proven people leadership and resource management.
• Finance/budget and vendor negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with data governance and single-source-of-truth initiatives.
• Experience implementing AI/automation tools.
• Process documentation and SOP/runbook development.
• Experience supporting grant/regulatory reporting (BEAD) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the in-house IT team and execute the IS roadmap.
• Own ERP/financial systems, OSS/BSS, BI and data governance.
• Drive automation, process optimization, and runbooks.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Construction, and Sales/Marketing on systems.
• Establish security controls and compliance alignment.
• Manage vendor contracts and external partnerships.
