Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Information Governance, Records Management, Data Governance, Compliance, eDiscovery, Risk Management, or Legal Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing governance or compliance programs.
• Significant experience within a large law firm, professional services organization, or highly regulated industry.
• Demonstrated success implementing enterprise governance frameworks and technology-enabled governance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Firm's enterprise Information Governance strategy and roadmap.
• Establish governance frameworks for records management, data governance, information lifecycle management, retention, disposition, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead modernization of information governance practices to support digital transformation initiatives.
• Advise Firm leadership on information-related risks and governance best practices and drive adoption across offices and business units.
